S&S Commercial Environmental Services, Inc. was started in 1996 by Steven B. Webster (Webby) and Stephen A. Quartararo (Steve) to provide rapid accurate required environmental property disclosures to the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

On October 12, 2002 Steven B. Webster was murdered by Al Qaida while on vacation in Bali, Indonesia.

S&S Commerial Environmental Services, Inc. has continued the tradition started in 1996 and provides the EPA recommended "all appropriate inquiry" without  embelishing the facts and interfering with the real estate transaction.

Our clients include many of the larger Banks, SBA Preferred Lenders, LendingInstitutions, Investors, Property Management Companies, InsuranceCompanies, Commercial Real Estate Brokerages, Contractors, Hospitals andCommercial / Industrial Property Owner

The principals of S&S have been featured speakers or trainers at functionshosted by The Board of Realtors, EPA Training Seminars, Cost EstimatingAssociations, Engineering Associations, Lenders Conferences, Real EstateBrokerage Firms as well as an IRS Seminar.

 S&S has been approved by more than 150 Banks and Lending Institutions and hasestablished a network of more than 600 Commercial Real Estate Brokers in  California.
